How to set up your phone call availability in Exerp and Zipleads

To set up true phone availability this will be in ZipLeads:
1. Go into ZipLeads Settings > Calendars > Find your Phone Appointments Calendar you want to adjust your phone call availability for
2. Select the 3 dots on the right hand side of the calendar you want to edit > Then select edit
3.When your Calendar settings pop up select tab 2 'Availability'
4. Below Office hours is where we can adjust this phone call availability.
In here you can set up your availability by selecting each initial for the days you are available (For example below hitting the grey S for Sunday if you are available Sunday), you can set up split shits by hitting '+ Hours' or we can also utilize the 'Apply all' button if all/most days are the same.
5. Once you hit Save it will takeyou to the last page which is the confirmation page where we can just scroll to the bottom and hit complete.
