The Backup locker code automation is used when a member forgets their locker code or key. Instead of asking for a staff members assistance they can simply text the ZipLeads phone number 'LOCKER CODE' which will automatically send them a master code to either access their own locker or access a lockbox that has a master key within it.
Below is the example of what this look like when a member forgets their locker code and automatically get sent the master code:
This conversation will then sit in your unread conversations column if you need to update the code once it is used. If you use a master key we can also adjust the message to ask them to put it back once they have used it.
