When and how to use the Contacts screen in ZipLeads

In the Contacts area within ZipLeads you will see your contacts in a list view assorted by most recent contacts created at the top.

1. In this contacts area you have your actions bar with different icons that create different 'Bulk' actions meaning you can select multiple contacts at once and perform a bulk action such as sending an SMS to the contacts selected.

Explaining from the left to the right the first one is add a single contact manually, pipeline stage change, add to a workflow, send a SMS, send an email, add a tag, remove a tag, delete contacts, send review request, export contacts, import contacts and merge contacts.


2. Using the contacts area to search for a specific contact to view their contact and conversation history:
Then click on the contacts name and it will bring you directly through to the contact card
- The left had side will show all of the contacts details (please note there is NO update sync, if you need to update a contacts details such as their phone number this will need to be done in ZipLeads and Exerp)
- Straight down the middle you will see the conversation history.
- Over on the right hand side is where you can see the contacts past activity (e.g. if they visited a booking link from an email), Tasks which you will likely use in Exerp, Notes and Appointments. 

There are some more features on the left hand side where the contacts details are if you scroll to the bottom you will see below actions is where you can see the contacts tags, active and past workflows and the DND area which is your unsubscribe area,
