When you call a lead in CRM and they advise you you they are not interested, you mark your call as not interested in Exerp as there is currently no 'not interested' sync between ZipLeads and Exerp, you will need to mark the contact n ZipLeads as not interested as well as Exerp, this will stop them from receiving any further communication.
1.Go to Zipleads > Into Contacts > Search for the contact that you need to mark not interested.
2. Click on the contact to open the contact card > Scroll down on the left hand side on the Contact card and you will come to the Tags area
3. Add the tag not interested and this will mark their opportunity as lost and remove them from any active workflows
