Updating Phone Call Booked Notifications
1. Your ZipLeads Email notifications for booked phone calls currently go to your Custom Value Lead update notification:
2. Head into Settings right down the bottom of the left hand side menu > Then into Custom values :3. The Lead Update Notification Emails will likely be on page two here, once you find your Lead update notification email custom value select the pencil to the right hand side of that value:
4. Update your email in the 'value' area and update once complete:

Updating Tour Confirmed Notifications
Your Tour confirmed notifications, by default will be going to your assigned user which is more than likely a personal email that you use for your membership consultant profile. If you wish to update this it will need to be updated within the workflow so we do not break the sync.
1. Navigate to Automations on the left hand side menu > Then into the Fernwood Fitness Tours Workflows:2. Click on the Tour Sessions - Confirmed Workflow: 3. Scroll down till you find the Internal notification Email to assigned users: 4. This notification will then pop up on the right hand side where you can update the email this gets sent to:
E.g. Changing this to the Custom email and using the custom value email- {{custom_values.lead_update_notification_emails}}
5. Then Save the action and save the whole workflow:
