How to send out a voicemail drop in bulk

ZipLeads allows you to leave a voicemail on someone's phone without you actually calling the contact.
The way this automatic voicemail works is once added to the workflow the contact will see your ZipLeads number show up on their phone as if you were actually calling them, however they are unable to answer this and the 'call' will disappear, then ZipLeads follows them up with an automated voicemail. If the contact then tries to call you back it will get forwarded through to your Club phone.

1. Record your Voicemail and save to your computer.

Example Voicemail I used in above video - Hey it’s {{Your Name}} from Fernwood {{Location}} we’re just calling to let you know about our boxing day sale. Please let me know a good time to call you back.

2. In your ZipLeads account head into Automations on the left hand side menu > Create a workflow > Create from scratch
2. Name your workflow and hit the little plus button in the middle of the screen to add a step > Search "voicemail" 
3. Upload your voicemail and save the action:

Part 2 Adding your contacts to this workflow

1. Click on contacts on the left hand side menu 2. Find and select the contacts you want to add to the workflow: *Please note if you are filtering via a CSV or Tag filter and have a bulk amount of contacts you will need to select all of the contact records as shown below otherwise it will only send to the page of contacts selected: 3. Once you have selected your contact records, select the robot head to add to campaign/workflow:4. Click ok, proceed.
5. From the dropdown bar select your voicemail workflow you just created, choose how you would like this to be scheduled and then name your action:6. Once you are happy with the settings here, select add to campaign/workflow:
7. Below shows how it will look when sent to the contact. If the contact then tries to call you back it will get forwarded through to your Club phone. If the contact replies it will also come through in the contacts conversation history.
