When a tour is booked in Exerp (CRM) the information is sent throught to ZipLeads.

This sends an immediate SMS and Email confirmation to the contact.

An additional SMS reminder will also be sent 24 hours before the appointment (this extra SMS is skipped if the booking is withing 24 hours)
Note: As you are now sending with a 2 way SMS system, the contact is now able to reply to your confirmation and/or reminder messages - so be sure to keep an eye on the conversations areafor any replies!
