If a lead calls your ZipLeads number it will get forwarded through to the club phone so you can answer it, but if you miss the call we have a custom automation built for Fernwood where the missed call text will only be sent when the club is unstaffed.

If the call has been missed on a day where you are not open at all a missed call text message will be sent, for example "Hi this is Sophie @ Fernwood Fitness, We're not staffed on a Sunday but is there a time we can get in touch with you tomorrow?"

If the call has been missed in the early morning a missed call text message will be sent, for example "Hi this is Sophie @ Fernwood Fitness, We're not currently staffed but is there a time we can get in touch with you later today?"

If the call has been missed in the late afternoon/night after staffed hours have finished a missed call text message will be sent, for example "Hi this is Sophie @ Fernwood Fitness, I saw that we just missed your call and our staffed hours have finished for the day. Is there a time tomorrow I can call you back?".
