The opportunities area is where you can track your lead in the sales process. You will continue to use Exerp for your lead management.
1. Click opportunities on the left hand side menu in ZipLeads: ✅ In the pipeline you have 6 different stages. With the Lead, booked phone call, booked tour appointment and became member these stages are all automatic based on appointments being booked and leads turning into members in Exerp.
✅ However with Attended phone call and Attended tour, these two just are not automatic unless you are updating these appointment status's in the appointment card. You can also pick up an opportunity and just drag it into the desired column.✅ Up the top right hand side we then have some options here to search, filter and add different features.
You can search opportunities via the search bar:✅ You can Filter opportunities with the little funnel icon:✅ In the filter area you can select different filters here or remove all filters all together, for example when you first come into opportunities you will have an 'Open' Filter on if you remove this you will see all open, won, lost and abandoned opportunities:
✅ You can use the 3 dots > Additional information to turn on different information points to see on the opportunity card, for example Calendar event will show up for anyone who has an appointment booked in the future on their opportunity card:✅ You can open the opportunity card by clicking anywhere on the white space of the little card, where you can then see all of the contacts details, opportunity details, add notes etc. ✅ In this opportunity card you have the opportunity Status, any lead that comes into your pipeline will automatically be marked 'Open'. Using the opportunity status is how we can keep this opportunity area tidy and keep track of your leads in the sales process.
Options you have are Open (all open leads), Lost (Spoke to a lead but no longer interested), Won (won members) and Abandoned (a lead you have never been able to contact).
✅ There is also another area you can update the opportunity status of the lead and that is by picking up your opportunity and dropping it into the correct Status down the bottom of the page (Lost, Abandoned or Won)✅ In the opportunity card you can also update the Opportunity value which will then reflect on the opportunity card and in your reporting: ✅ Right up the top of opportunities we have a second option here called 'pipelines'. If you click on pipelines it will bring you through to a screen like below, if you click the little green pencil on the right of your phone call pipeline you can edit this pipeline:
✅ This is where you can edit your pipeline, you can add in extra pipeline stages and move these to where you would like them to sit in the pipeline. I would not recommend editing existing stages as these already have automations connected to them, or being cautious when doing so:
