How to communicate via SMS, email, Messenger and Instagram DMs

The conversations area is where you can see all of your inbound and outbound communication.
1. When you come into the conversations area you will automatically go into the 'Unread' column. The unread column is all of your unread communication, you will see through here are replies to automated SMS and Email's, Facebook messages, Instagram direct messages, Google my business Chat, Google my business Reviews and Phone calls to your ZipLeads number. .
The goal with our unread column is to have the tally as 0 on the left hand side. You can do this by marking the conversation as read on the top right hand side of the conversation:
2.Next we have the recent column, this is all of your recent read and unread communication.
3. Then the starred column, this is great when you need to keep track of a particular conversation you can mark the conversation as Starred up the top right hand side of the conversation.
4. Lastly, the 'All' column, this is where you will see all of your communication including read messages, automatic outbound communication, all of your message channels that are connected and also incoming replies.
5. On the right hand side of conversations you can see all of the contacts details, including what tags they have, what automations they are in and if they have been marked as DND. You can also book an appointment directly here on the bottom right hand side.
6. In the middle is where you see the conversations history with that contact as well as below the conversation history you can send an SMS, Email or if they are a Instagram, Facebook or Google my business chat message you will be able to select that individual channel here too.
